Information we collect
When you contact us, hire tools, or subscribe to updates, we collect your name, contact details, and hire records. For business accounts, we may also record company names and addresses for invoicing.
How we use it
Data helps us manage bookings, track hired equipment, and issue receipts or deposit returns. We also use it to send essential service messages such as confirmations or maintenance recalls. We never sell data or transfer it outside the UK.
Retention period
Hire records are stored for up to six years for accounting and safety compliance. After that, they are securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
